Next Steps:

• Call 720-805-5899 and ask for VIP Concierge Office to register as a VIP Member. 

• Your company / personal information will be collected, your membership level selected (by you), and an invoice account will be set up based on the billing contact email address.  All travel for company MUST be booked through the booking contact email in order to be charged against the correct account.

• You may have a personal and business lines set up separately, but do require separate email addresses.

• When you revisit the site to place your reservation, go to www.luxuryridesonline.com or call 720-805-5899 with your travel itinerary.

• From time to time, referral ride credits will be offered depending on demand and utilization.

• Monthly utilization invoices available on-demand.

• When account balance reaches less than $ 500,
  notice sent for renewal (auto-renewal is available).

• Refunds take 30-days to process in order to ensure all billable charges are processed with the remaining balance being refunded accordingly.
