What Colorado airports do you serve?
Privé serves major airports including Denver International (DEN), Eagle County Regional (EGE), Aspen-Pitkin County (ASE), Vail Valley Jet (VVJT), Rocky Mountain Airport (BJE), Centennial (KAPA), and Colorado Springs Airport (COS).
What is your wait-time and cancellation policy?
We provide a complimentary wait time of 15 minutes. After that, per-minute wait-time fees may apply.
How is gratuity handled?
Gratuity is discretionary and not included. Drivers are free to accept tips for exceptional service.
Commercial Air Transportation
How far in advance should I arrive?
For domestic flights, plan to arrive at least 2 hours before departure; for international, 3 hours. Factor in extra time during holidays or high-traffic periods.
What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
Let us know ASAP. We monitor flights and will re-dispatch as availability allows. Additional fees may apply for extended wait times.
Private Chartered Aircraft
What aircraft types are available?
Options include turboprops, very light to ultra-long-range jets, and helicopters—based on range, runway access, and passenger load.
Where will I board?
Charters depart from FBOs (Fixed-Base Operators) at public or private airports. Arrival 15–30 minutes pre-departure is standard unless otherwise directed.
Chartered Watercraft
What vessel types are offered?
Vessels include motor yachts, sailing yachts, catamarans, sport fishers, and RIBs—availability varies by region and season.
How are rates structured?
Pricing depends on vessel size/age, season, crew, fuel, and inclusions. Some trips may involve APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance), taxes, and gratuities unless fully inclusive.

How can I get an accurate quote?
Provide trip date/time, pick-up/drop-off details, passenger count, luggage, special requests (pet, ADA, child seat), and itinerary mode (ground/air/water).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, ACH/wire transfers, and corporate billing. Deposits or full prepayment may be required on certain services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary by service. Generally, free cancellation up to 24–48 hours prior. Shorter notice or high-demand dates may be non-refundable. Refer to our Terms & Conditions
