Our Billing Principles
Luxury Rides Online provides the following base-rate recommendations (estimate values) that we use in our formula to determine the overall rate for a trip request.
Please note: when special events are active in a particular market, operators reserve the right to charge as appropriate (when this occurs, we check with multiple operators to determine a new market average as a temporary base rate). Examples include F1 Racing, Taylor Swift Concert, or when extreme weather severely impacts a region such as a blizzard in Aspen, CO shutting down multiple nearby airports.
Rates calculated fall into one of three categories:
- Point-to-Point Transfers (such as Airport Transfers)
- Hourly Services (Weddings, Proms, Homecomings, or as requested)
- Hybrid (Sedan & SUV for Concerts and Sporting Events)
We believe that Gratuity is still an EARNED component of our services and is solely based on a driver's ability and relationship to our clientele. As such, pre-paid gratuity goes 100% to the driver, however, we do not include gratuity in our quoted rates, but it is an option available upon your review.
